As a licensed commercial broker, Edwin has successfully closed over $30M in transactions, spanning a range of property types, including multifamily, industrial, and self-storage. His expertise extends beyond direct investments—he is also a small equity partner in 47 multifamily units, 5,000 square feet of retail space, and a 308-unit self-storage facility.

With a proven track record in acquisitions, management, and brokerage, Edwin brings deep industry knowledge and a results-driven approach to every project. His passion for real estate and commitment to excellence make him a trusted partner for investors and clients alike.

Sean Ade is a dynamic real estate investor and entrepreneur with a diverse background in property ownership and business management. With approximately $3M in assets under management, Sean is also a licensed manufactured housing dealer in North Carolina, leveraging his expertise to develop affordable and innovative housing solutions.

Sean’s real estate experience spans multiple sectors, including mobile home parks, multifamily properties, and house hacking strategies. Beyond real estate, Sean has a proven entrepreneurial track record, having owned and operated laundromats and retail businesses. Notably, he founded Roosevelt’s Terrariums in Portland, Oregon, a unique retail store that gained national recognition when it was featured in The New York Times in 2021.
